Thanksgiving 2010

Thanksgiving week started with a chicken BBQ. This bbq was small in nature. In included a pal and I. The occasion came about because there was a college assignment that needed to be accomplished within a deadline. The paper was assigned twoish weeks ago but not started until 11pm the night before. A chicken bbq in the middle of the night paved the way for an amazing turkey day week; a week that consisted of fellowship and eating.

After taking a small break from paper writing at 3am, a hunger arose in my tummy. Local eateries were closed, and macros was three hours ago. A solution was needed. After a quick consultation with a pal, the issue of hunger was addressed. I had bbq sauce,a legit pepper grinder, and three thawed out chicken breast in my hunger prevention stash (A.K.A. Nahms). My pal chimed in with, " I have a grill, attached to a propane tank, and the tank in fullish in nature".

The mission arises. BBQ chicken was an event that was going to occur after a quick ten minute drive down to my apartment, followed by a half hour drive to the grill at my pals house. To recap, mission one-paper, mission two-bbq chicken, mission three-sleep(optional).

Work on paper resumed while pal grilled the nahms. Food was ingested in a mexican style. Wrapped up in tortilla and smothered with cheese. 3am marked the first of the turkey-day meals. Mission one complete, 6amish, mission 2 complete-paper finished(including editing).

Im thankful that i have an opportunity to attend college, propane grills, the ability to work and earn money to purchase food, cheesy potatoes, pals, and self-disipline, which allowed for completion of a paper(even if it was started the night before) family thats "alright" jk there great!, and bbq's all of them ive been a part of and all the ones yet to come.

Update on Grade received for paper is coming soon!

PS What are you thankful for?
